sunflower

i think my sunflower seeds are growing. I'm pretty sure they are. I just need to keep reminding my family not to mistaken them as weeds.

It's mid holidays and I'm still trying to sort out things that I will be doing from August. Life is like one big event management task but without any freebies or flashy invites. Seeing as I've been reminded people occasionally check my blog I'm trying to add a few posts here and there. Therefore I shall attempt to continue to describe the antics of my crazy friends - only I haven't seen them of late.

I suppose I should go back and describe a disastrous day where I wore a pair of boots I like - but had never worn. Reason for liking them - i just do, reason for not wearing them - they are quite a pain to me. Anyhow, one of those bright tuesdays a few weeks ago i wore them and felt retardly miserable. After holly and i attended lush to purchase a host of good things, i called Veebs who was persuaded out of pity to drive me home. I scheduled to meet him on a corner not 25 metres from the shop. Having departed the shop by about 10 metres, he's car just pulled up and stopped mid-road and saved me 15 metres of walking. his words were to the effect "yeah - from a distance i saw this girl walking retardly slowly and thought hmm.." Veebs can have 1 hero point. Currently that can't redeem anything though, sorry. hahahahhaaaa.

Then just a few days ago, (friday) i went to mac uni to help out with the bbq and there were these gatecrashers - staff from another department. I was totally disgusted by them. I pointed out that they're setting a bad example to their students to be attending something that is strictly for our department. their reply was "if you were at my bbq, i'd give you my sausage". minor incident, majorly grossed out. Thank god i work in the city and i hope to never see them again.

other than that, this week has been quiet.
